Maintenance & Repair Specialist (m/f/d)

You support our branches in the control and processing of workshop, leasing and fleet orders You are competent contact person for technical questions concerning tire, wheel and motor vehicle services as well as questions about order processing You check and coordinate order releases and ensure the processing of service orders on time You work closely with customers, leasing companies, fleet customers and our branches and ensure a smooth flow of information You actively contribute to the further development of our service and support processes

You have completed technical training, for example as a motor vehicle mechatronic, motor vehicle mechanics or a comparable qualification You provide technical understanding for maintenance, repair and service services and would like to use it outside the workshop You work structured, independent and keep an overview even in several processes You can communicate service-oriented and work with different contact persons Ideally, you have first experiences in leasing, fleeting or service environments as well as in dealing with common IT applications
