IT System Administrator for Client and Service Management, limited to 2 years (m/f/d)

You analyze, edit and document incoming support and service requests. You implement user-lifecycle management (e.g. rights assignment, entry and exit). You carry out client lifecycle and software management. You serve clients locally and remotely. You are contact persons for printers, telephones, mobile devices and conference systems. You coordinate and support external service providers. You work closely with production and development. You have the opportunity to work in local and group-wide IT projects.

You have successfully completed IT training, e.g. specialist in system integration or comparable training. You have deep knowledge of Microsoft Windows Clients administration / troubleshooting. You have profound knowledge in Active Directory / EntraID / Intune / M365. You have a targeted and independent operation and a high service orientation. It distinguishes a pronounced team capacity, communication strength and readiness to use. You have a secure handling of ITIL processes and IT security standards. You have very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing.
