Check-in and check-out of guests (between 07:00 and 23:00) Professional guest service at the reception Edit and forward telephone and written requests Book services on guest accounts and cash management Reservation acceptance and processing provide information on hotel/business offers as well as services and the surrounding area Concierge activities cash register; Waiter bills Create and control input and output invoices Advertising management Close cooperation with the housekeeping, service and banquet team

Experience at the reception in the hotel industry of advantage - also wish to cross-enter from the office/administration area German and good English skills, other foreign language of advantage ''Mews'' knowledge of advantage, but not necessarily required Trust in handling MS Office (especially Word, Excel, Outlook) Communication strength and joy in contact with guests Careful appearance Teamability and attention to detail Interest in the Bavarian tradition
