As a central anchor of financial management, the Capital Management and Banking Supervision unit ensures that figures are not only correct but predictive: from capital planning and stress testing, risk reporting and coordination of processes around the ECB's supervisory system in the SREP process. For our interdisciplinary team we are looking for active support at the next possible time. Your job Participation in multiannual capital planning at institutional and group level (IRBA and KSA) Responsibility for scenario analyses as well as internal and external stress tests Own contribution to the management of capital ratios (RWA management and optimization) Reporting to Management Board, Supervisory Boards and Banking Supervision Implementation of new regulatory requirements Further development of the Bank Control Standard of the Sparkassen Financial Group with the perspective of an ECB supervised institution on the relevant bodies Your profile Completed (master) degree in mathematics, economics, natural sciences or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in a bank, a consultancy or audit firm or a financial service company Knowledge of the relevant supervisory requirements (in particular, CRR, ECB ICAAP/ILAAP Guide, Guides and Guidelines of the ECB and EBA, MaRisk) Experience with IRBA references from risk modelling, capital planning and capital management and knowledge in the field of IRBA regulators Good Excel identifiers and, if necessary, already knowledge in the Savings Banks standard for total bank simulation (IDH-GBS), SAP BO and, if necessary, Experience with programming languages such as VBA and R Communication strength, loadability and team orientation Structured, solution- and result-oriented action in challenging questions Flowing German and English skills as well as a hierarchical, binding occurrence
