CNC milling cutter (m/w/d)

This will be your job

• Operation and installation of 5-axis milling centres by setting sheets and work plans
• Programming, setup and operation of CNC milling machines with Heidenhain or Siemens controls
• Selection and presetting of suitable tools for processing
• Monitoring of the manufacturing process and control of the manufactured parts
• Working with work preparation to optimize production processes
• Coordination with quality assurance to ensure quality requirements

Company qualifications

• Complete training as an industrial mechanic:in, machining mechanic:in or comparable qualification
• Practical experience in individual parts production in precision mechanics
• Knowledge of how to use CNC controls such as Heidenhain and Siemens
• Experience in brushing and programming of CNC milling machines according to technical drawings
• Ready to work in 3-shift operation
