Are you happy to monitor systems, solve faults quickly and be a reliable contact? Then strengthen our team at Apleona as a home technician / building engineer (w/m/d) and take responsibility for the safe and trouble-free operation of the technical facilities on site.

You can do this with us:

• Support, monitoring and maintenance of technical installations
• Regular control and documentation of technical facilities
• Accompanying and instructing contractors for maintenance and repair work
• Contact person for client and tenant in technical questions

We wish you:

• Complete technical training, ideally in the field of electrical engineering (e.g. electricians, electronics), but also from other structures such as plant mechanics SHK or mechatronics technicians
• Experience in building technology / building technology desirable
• Self-employed, reliable and service-oriented operation
• Class B driving licence
