Strategic brand management: You will participate in the further development of corporate design governance and group-wide brand identity, bringing your sense of brand images and their long-term impact Holistic campaign architecture: You support building and maintaining a consistent, group-wide campaign logic Secure quality control: With your distinctive quality and detail awareness, you can check central marketing and brand content and ensure consistency, design and branding Creative guidelines work: You develop and support creative guidelines as well as clear frameworks for agencies and internal teams Connecting interface coordination: You control the exchange between central and decentralized marketing and keeps an eye on trade fairs and events

Experience & qualification: You have completed an education or study in marketing, communication, design or a comparable area Found brand expertise and proven campaign experience: You bring experience in brand, corporate design or campaign work - ideally in more complex organizational structures - and you understand developing brands systematically Conceptual design power: You work out marketing and brand content structured, creative and with high quality and consistency awareness and always think content holistic and brand-oriented Clear communication strength: You communicate address-oriented and work constructively with internal stakeholders and external agencies Digital brand understanding: You are sure to handle marketing and brand tools and have a good understanding of digital touchpoints and uniform design guidelines
