Optimization and standardization of recruiting, offering and marketing processes along the Candidate Journey Development and continuous optimization of our candidate portal with focus on Candidate Experience as a central touchpoint for the acquisition and binding of qualified talents Observing market, competition and recruiting trends and deriving innovative measures to strengthen our market position Analysis of Recruiting and Sales KPIs as well as derivation and implementation of measures to increase time-to-hire, occupation rate and process quality Translation of the corporate strategy into operational recruiting concepts and concrete measures for the branches and accompanying their implementation Creation of management reports, action recommendations and decision templates based on market, process and performance analyses Management of strategic recruiting projects and coordination of cooperation with relevant departments Identification, Introduction and Continuous Optimization of Digital Recruiting and AI Solutions to Increase Efficiency in Recruiting and Sales

Completed studies - preferably business management, economics or economic psychology Operational professional experience in recruiting or sales as well as initial experience in the independent processing of projects; ideal in the environment of staff services Persuasive power, as well as concept and enforcement strength Good user knowledge in handling MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI) and ideally experience in Salesforce and an applicant tracking system as well as its further development German language skills and good English skills in word and writing Local nationwide readiness
