Since 01.01.2021, the Federal Highway GmbH has been responsible as the operator of one of the largest and most diverse infrastructures for around 13,000 motorway kilometers. Each motorway kilometre has to be funded, planned and purchased at the desk and supplied with personnel and accompanied legally. scheduling in Outlook and sending invitations (e.g. budget meetings) Preparation of individual charts for presentations Maintenance and updating of data (e.g. lease contracts) in internal management systems Compilation of information for projects and concepts Preparation of information for the preparation of evaluations and reports for the department
