Construction monitoring of technically demanding engineering projects in Lph 8.9 in NRW Monitoring the construction design with regard to quality, dates and costs Coordination of persons and undertakings involved in the execution Implementation of construction meetings, construction site visits and decreases Control of quantity determinations, dimensions and invoices Participation in follow-up management Current building documentation and reporting

Complete study of civil engineering (Dipl.-Ing./BA/MA), construction technician, master, polish or comparable At least 3 years of professional experience in construction monitoring or construction in the field of engineering, road construction or civil engineering Secure knowledge of German in word and writing Routinized handling of conventional computer systems (MS-Office, Arriba / iTWO or the like) Own initiative, enforcement, team capacity, independent work as well as very good communication and expressive skills driving licence class B
