maintenance of building equipment, in particular heat supply and control technology, as well as maintenance, repair and installation work – with activities in diverse working environments, such as in cellars, roofs and in technical rooms Support in adjacent structures such as sanitary, air conditioning and ventilation technology as well as electrical engineering Technical documentation of the work carried out Operation and monitoring of building control technology Acquisition of inspections and implementation of optimization measures to increase the efficiency of building installations Cooperation with internal departments and external service providers to ensure reliable and secure plant operation

Complete technical training as a plant mechanic SHK or a comparable professional career Finded knowledge of the inspection, maintenance and repair of building equipment, ideally focusing on heating/heat supply or sanitary technology Craft know-how and technical understanding Basic knowledge in handling MS Office and the willingness to work on maintenance software readiness to work in an interlayer model and to participate in readiness to call
