In your new role, you are the face of the engineering team in cross-functional projects, initiatives and task forces. With your expertise and passion you are troubleshooter No. 1 when it comes to Troubleshooting and equipment optimization. They are the engine of industrialization and, with their expertise and innovative thinking, are driving the series of new production technologies. You analyse processes in detail, discover potential for improvement and implement technical adjustments on your own, making sure that transfer/launch of NCE products takes place smoothly at any time. You are a key player in the successful transfer of NCEs to the Factory SOL and then to the global network. They are the engineering contact person you can rely on. You will also represent your work with self-confidence and professionalism in national and international as well as internal GMP audits & inspections. You are also a knowledge broker and promote the active exchange of know-how within our global network. As a project expert, you will lead and participate in investment and optimization projects - from planning, tendering and awarding, coordination of implementation, qualification and commissioning. They are also there after completion of the project and take care of the elimination of childhood diseases.

Engineering Master's degree in the field of Process Engineering / Chemical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering, Production Technology or a comparable degree course or Bachelor's degree with many years of professional experience Multiannual professional experience in the GMP environment with proven track record in the field of plant optimization and trouble, as well as versatile engineering knowledge knowledge or know-how regarding tablet presses from the company Fette, granulation facilities from Glatt or with the coating of the company Bohle or the material conversion.
