Assistant in Center Management (m/w/d)

The IPH Group is one of the leading providers of project development, revitalization, rental, center management and repositioning of commercial properties. From five branches, we support our comprehensive portfolio of project developments, existing properties and 20 shopping centers throughout Germany. 180 retail experts work in the company network, which also includes retail experts from BBE Handelsberatung GmbH and elaboratum New Commerce Consulting GmbH.

You support the management team in the various tasks You create tenant newsletters, presentations and protocols You enter the tenants located in the property: inside You support the planning and implementation of actions and promotional measures You control the budget of the object and care customer contacts You collect revenues and frequency data, care and prepare them You are responsible for the Center own coupon system

You have a completed commercial vocational training, such as real estate businessman, merchant in retail, office communications businesswoman or similar You have at least 2 years of relevant professional experience in a similar position as in office management You have very good knowledge of how to use the common software products You are an organizational institution, flexible and have a high service and service orientation You've got a quick understanding, you're sure to show up and you're strong in communication You have fluent knowledge of German in word and writing You have a driver's license, as your deployment takes place at two locations
