Further development of the global network with the AMERICAS, APAC and EMEA regions, among others, to ensure the global exchange of best practices, development and implementation of new standards Development of sector strategies and implementation of initiatives in the fields of occupational and health protection, environment, energy, quality, information security and sustainability Business Partner for all national companies and global functions on integrated management systems, standardization and processes Project management at global, regional and local level Coordination of audit planning for internal, external and cross-company audits Control and further development of the global certification strategy (including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, IATF 16949, TISAX, ISO 21469) Development of interactive document and process management in the context of the digitalization strategy Development of programmes and global standards in the field of occupational safety and health (Occupational Health & Safety) Design and implementation of training Monitoring regulatory requirements and implementation of necessary adjustments

Successfully completed studies in the field of (economic) engineering, economics, quality management, environmental management or comparable Professional experience in the field (integrated) management systems, ideally in the field of automotive, food, medical, pharmaceutical or aerospace Knowledge of ISO standards (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, IATF 16949, TISAX) Experience in the introduction of a document management system and contact points with occupational safety and health protection Experience in managing projects, ideally in the global environment Own-responsible operation and pronounced organisational skills Perseverance as well as convincing appearance in order to bring complex topics structured and sustainable into implementation Strong communication personality with high team capacity and safe handling of all hierarchy levels International readiness for travel and the ability to intercultural cooperation Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing, other languages are advantageous
