Area Europe and Mission & Training unites units Mission & Training and Service Area Europe. Mission & Training understands Demand of the Bundeswehr in relation to exercises and missions on tactical and operational level. coordinated, developed and provides mission & training for the Bundeswehr IT services for their Requirements in inserts and exercises. Furthermore, Mission supports & Training in the migration of the Federal Armed Forces. Area Europe's core tasks are the migration of foreign services and the operation of the contractually agreed services in the Foreign services in Europe. This includes guaranteeing on-site performance, taking into account the respective legal framework.

-Your tasks:-

· Responsibility for mission & training and operation of IT Training center Bw in Bergen-Lohheide and completion of the integration of the Areas in SSO Fieldservice · Ensuring the contractually agreed delivery of services in the Topics of IT (D-LBO, MESBw, GMN) · Development of the Service Center Europe, Identification of Synergies with domestic fire service, achieving and ensuring SLA-compliant operation for customer services abroad · Development and implementation of a sustainable and scalable organisation and development of long-term Strategies for the provision of services abroad and for operations · Strategic advice of the overarching areas including Management on topics abroad, as well as training and use · Control and coordination of service providers and subcontractors abroad or abroad; as well as for exercise, use and Training · Establishment of the ability to provide services with employees in operations and in exercises, including sending staff to Foreign services

-Your profile:

· A completed study or comparable training in Technical environment · About 10 years of relevant professional and multiannual leadership experience, good expertise in managing contractors and Federal authorities · Wide experience in negotiation, consulting and communication complex technical and personnel topics to internal and external customers as well as experience in managing complex projects in the IT environment · In-depth knowledge of the customer's IT organization, ideally with a good network up to the decision-making level and/or former cooperation in the Bundeswehr · Extensive knowledge in finance and controlling as well as Business Development Experience, including strategic and Economic aspects · Loadability, readiness to learn and change, structured Planning and action, an analytical and strategic approach thinkability, good team and leadership skills, and Customer orientation and enforcement strength · German and good English knowledge in word as Writing
