Around 600 employees support according to RSG OÖ 2025 with a capacity of 169 beds and 22 outpatient care places annually nearly 10,000 stationary patients and well 110,000 outpatient patients. We ensure both the acute care and outpatient care of the region throughout the entire range of services of internal medicine to two departments. In the medical fields of gastroenterology and hepatology, including endoscopy, we serve our patients with various intervention techniques. We offer further focus in cardiology, angiology, oncology in cooperation with the tumor center of Upper Austria as well as rheumatology, diabetics and Nephrology with a dialysis station. In addition to the stationary area, our patients are also supplied in an interdisciplinary intensive care unit. A central laboratory with blood storage completes the medical offer at the internal department. In addition to special ambulances “gastroenterology, thyroid, kidney, cardiology, angiology, oncology, rheumatism”, we also offer diabetes counselling and dietary and nutritional advice in metabolic diseases. The new Akutgeriatrie and Remobilisation will start with about mid-2025.
