You conduct a professional and disciplined team of developers:inside and business analyst:industry and personal development Together with Product Owner, you are responsible for the continuous development and maintenance of our medical inventory systems You work closely with the second software development team that is working on new development, and ensure a smooth coordination of both teams Together with your team, you drive the transformation of the existing system You are a competent partner for the quality of software development and technical development As a member of the IT management team, you will help shape the strategic development of DKMS IT

You have a successfully completed study of computer science, business informatics or a comparable study You bring at least 5 years of professional experience in software development and experience as a manager Ideally, you have already gained experience as a Product Owner You have knowledge of Oracle PLSQL or .NET You have a high technical understanding and affinity for technological innovations You bring very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Analytical thinkability and high quality awareness characterize you You are an organizational talent, team-ready and empathy
