You enter and administrate databases as well as specialist applications (e.g. SQL Server, Oracle), perform installation, configuration and care, ensure data integrity, backup and recovery concepts securely and optimise performance as well as access and authorization structures You are a professional contact for users and assists in questions about IT systems and applications, perform training, initial guidance and analysis, and solve system and application problems that occur. You design and optimise digital processes in operation, adapt systems to the user's requirements, improve interfaces and develop and maintain standards (e.g. designations and data quality rules) in close coordination with IT, facility management and energy and construction technology You accompany IT and system projects, participate in system implementations, updates and migrations, coordinate with manufacturers, external service providers and internal stakeholders, and take over testing, acceptance and documentation of new functions You administrate CAFM systems (e.g. Planon, Archibus or Speedikon), provide object, area and installation data and enter interfaces between different building databases You enter specialized software solutions from the Autodesk environment (e.g. AutoCAD, Revit or Inventor), perform installation, license management and updates, support users and integrate the systems into existing BIM workflows You manage BIM systems and models, secure data consistency, support modeling policies and integrierst BIM in existing facility management processes You manage SharePoint environments, manage sites and document structures, control permissions and develop digital workflows as well as templates for structured storage and process support You enter energy management and building control systems (GLT/BMS), manage energy detection and monitoring software, ensure data transmissions from counters, sensor technology and GLT, analyzes energy data and supports energy audits, sustainability reports and KPI evaluations You enter IT interfaces of GLT systems and technical networks, monitors servers and communication protocols (e.g. BACnet, Modbus, OPC-UA), secures and coordinates data exports in CAFM, BIM or energy management systems You plan and document technical and infrastructural projects within the management and accompany measures to further develop the system landscape

You have a technical training (e.g. in the IT, electrical or technical environment) or a comparable qualification You ideally have an additional qualification with advanced IT skills You have knowledge of German in word and writing (C1–C2) and about fluent English in word and writing (at least B2) You work structured, independent and analytically and have a good understanding of the process You bring responsibility and a strong customer and service orientation with you You have strong communication skills and can communicate knowledge in a comprehensible manner and carry out training You acquire new topics and provide the necessary information You ideally have knowledge of project management (agile and/or classic) and have first experience in working with external service providers
