Care and consulting of industrial and commercial customers in the field of indoor services Support for customer support in complex insurance management Processing of customer requests and creation of insurance documents, contracts and offers Analysis of cover concepts and auditing of invoices and documents Accompanying contract negotiations and support in complex risk and contract issues Processing and coordination of damage and liability cases

Senior Account Manager (m/w/d) or comparable qualification, as an alternative study with a focus on insurance or business First professional experience in the field of composite insurance or industrial insurance Representative customer and service orientation as well as interest in the care of industrial and industrial clients Secure handling of MS Office and common IT applications
