You run people and organize the mission: you take the personnel management and deployment planning for our road control personnel (6 employees).

You have one of the following qualifications: You have a degree in civil engineering, ideally focusing on road or road construction, or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience. Alternatively, you have a completed training as a construction technician in the engineering field with the willingness to further training within the framework of our qualification program.

You bring several years of professional experience in the field of construction. You have deeper knowledge of road maintenance, road construction and maintenance management. You know how to optimize workflows and work processes. You work in a solution-oriented manner and find yourself pragmatic answers to new challenges.

An indefinite activity in full time (39 hours/week with payment up to EG 11 TVED, depending on the existence of personal conditions.
