What we plan together: The area of communication merchants forms the interface between the REWE headquarters and the independent REWE merchants who, as entrepreneurs, run their own supermarket. Our department supports the communication of independent merchants with each other and that of REWE headquarters. In addition, the area controls the recruitment of new merchants and their incorporation and further training. The focus is on promoting the cooperative principles of REWE. With your work as a working student, you are actively contributing to it and being part of an open-minded, motivated team.

What you do with us: You are in the middle of it: Through your support in organizing and preparing seminars, study trips and networking events. You are a competent contact person: from newsletters to surveys, you take care of communication with the participants of the Kaufleute Academy events. You are packing up: At the post-processing and evaluation of the Kaufleute Academy events. You take responsibility: When creating the structure and design of the annual seminar catalogues, you actively participate and support your colleagues: in addition, also in coordinating the content. You can use: The selection of offers for hotels and seminar venues, as part of the annual programming, is in your hand. You look into the future: You are passionate about modern working methods and are supporting the continuous use of artificial intelligence.

You also like to work in the team, are self-initiative and bring your ideas with you. You are still enrolled at least 1 year in a degree course of economics, psychology, economic pedagogy or the like, bringing at least 16 h/week time. Ideally, you have already had points of contact with trading through first internships and have a strong interest in entrepreneurship. We presuppose MS Office knowledge.
