processing of legal matters in various areas of public law, including road law, road traffic law, water law, waste law, land protection law, telecommunications law, immigration law, information access law, environmental information law, cross-border law Processing of legal matters in the field of basic acquisition (right of expropriation, right of compensation) Completion of basic employment contracts and processing of legal matters in the field of property-related rights Legal support of the departments Advising legal disputes before administrative courts, the Bayerische Verwaltungsgerichtshof or the Federal Administrative Court in part in cooperation with external lawyers and participation in court appointments, independent correspondence with all parties to the proceedings Exchange with the relevant departments in the central office and implementation of the requirements from the central office, participation in the trade exchange
