About 80 percent of all microchips worldwide are manufactured using ZEISS technologies. As part of our group, you work closely with other development departments and manufacturing. You have the chance to accompany our products and processes in our cleanrooms from close proximity.

They develop assembly and adjustment algorithms and create MATLAB routines for virtual adjustment of components

They determine requirements for the processes, bring them into line with many interfaces in a far-reaching environment, document them and implement them

They carry out fault budgeting of assembly processes and measurement systems both by means of simulation and process investigations

They work out concepts, test them, put together results of the team, present the results and thus lead the concepts to decision-making

They document development results, introduce them into series production and maintain them in the production environment

a technical study with a very good degree, e.g. mechanical engineering, mechatronics, physics or the like, also a doctorate

very good knowledge of MATLAB

Experiences in process development, system engineering or in the development of complex mechatronic systems

good abstraction and are used to deal with complexity

ideally knowledge with experiments and simulation on mechanical or electromechanical systems

the will to take responsibility, to create structure and to lead an interdisciplinary team to joint success

maintain an excellent communication culture and enjoy both independent work and teamwork

readiness for occasional missions, a safe handling of MS Office, ideally also in CAD, SAP and Polarion

very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
