You are therefore the first contact person(s) and process the concerns.

You are the friendly and competent contact person for the concerns of our intermediaries – whether in writing, by phone or by e-mail You create new and existing offers and are available for queries You are responsible for the audit and polishing of new and existing applications You provide independent ideas for developing and revising processes for an optimal service experience You also support the development and regular review of work policies You accept complaints and process these professionally and solution-oriented

You have a completed commercial training – insurance or have several years of professional experience in the health insurance sector Ideally, you already have professional experience in the areas of customer service, sales service or sales A structured, independent and flexible way of working as well as readiness to learn You communicate trustworthy, confident and sensitive You bring a pronounced service orientation with Teamability, a high initiative and readiness to learn complete your profile
