Head of Total Rewards (m/w/d) Purchasing Reference number: WD-0036080 We are looking for a Head of Total Rewards Central Europe (m/w/d), which, together with the Reward Team, develops and implements a holistic, competitive and attractive reward strategy for the Hilti Region of Central Europe. Embedding the role • They report to the Head of Human Resources Central Europe. • You are a member of the HR Leadership Team Central Europe and the Global Reward Leadership Team.

Management responsibility • They take over the disciplinary leadership of the Reward teams in Central Europe and in the market organization Germany. • You have the technical leadership of the Reward Expert:inside the Hilti market organisations Austria, Switzerland and the Netherlands.

Strategy development • They are responsible for the development of a holistic, competitive and attractive overall remuneration strategy for Central Europe and ensure that it matches the global Reward strategy. • Objective: To obtain and long-term binding of the best specialists and managers for Hilti.

Implementation • They work closely with global, regional and local stakeholders and ensure the successful implementation of the remuneration strategy and benefits programmes in Central Europe. • They shall ensure compliance with operational directives and legal frameworks.

Process responsibility • They are responsible for carrying out all payment processes, such as annual pay review and bonus assessment. • They are responsible for carrying out market observations and grade benchmarks.
