The Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks (BImA) is the real estate service provider of the federal government, which supports the federal government's real estate policy objectives and provides the necessary areas and buildings for almost all federal authorities. As a federal real estate service provider, we aim to operate our properties in a climate-neutral manner and to expand renewable energies. In order to achieve this goal, you will be working as a lecturer in the field of environmental management on policy, legal and customer-related requirements in the field of energy management. As a contact person for internal and external stakeholders, you process enquiries and opinions, provide up-to-date information on BImA's environmental /energy management and climate program and communicate with specialist departments, service providers, network operators and institutions. They contribute to BImA's climate protection, energy and environmental reporting and work to build internal monitoring and reporting on BImA's climate programme. They follow specialist discussions and use your expertise to further develop the knowledge management of the Facility Management division. In addition, you work with specialist authorities and building administrations at the federal and state level and are actively involved in external bodies such as climate neutrality of the federal administration. They take over the central control of the project for the construction of PV systems on our service-used properties (in particular the Bundeswehr) and form the interface with the coordinators at the main stations FM. To do this, create regular progress reports, support the tendering and awarding of the plants and take care of the notification to the market master files register. They develop concepts for training, information events and workshops taking place throughout the country and conduct them. We work mobile and flexible. However, on the service post/workplace occasional missions, including throughout the federal territory, are incurred. These missions are generally planned with sufficient chronological advance, so that the reconciliation of family and occupation is guaranteed.

Qualification: They have a completed academic degree (uni-diplom/master) in the fields of renewable energies, energy technology, electrical engineering or a comparable qualification. Competences: You have professional experience and knowledge in the field of energy management, renewable energies or climate protection. Knowledge of relevant legislation in the field of tasks is part of your profile. They have knowledge of project management. You already have experience in the presentation of work results and training. They have knowledge of energy-economic relationships. You are safe in handling IT applications (especially Microsoft Office products). You have knowledge of SAP or the willingness to acquire them.
