Our customer is a provider of infrastructure solutions, service management, engineering and migration. The main clients are pharmaceutical companies in Europe. For the Nuremberg site, we are looking for an employee for the onsite support.

The position must be replaced by the option to take over.

Your profile

• completed vocational training as e.g. specialist informatics – system integration, IT customer service, IT system electronics, IT system electronics, IT system engineer/wife service technician – IT, information electronics, IT system engineer/wife or comparable
• good knowledge of IT support or first experience in the Service Desk
• technical and organizational understanding
• good knowledge of German and English

Your duties

• First Level support via phone and ticketing tool Service Now
• Support and advice for users in all questions about their devices, applications and IT processes
• Detection, detection and escalation of recurring or serious IT problems
• Trouble analysis and troubleshooting within the First Level Support for Hardware and Software based on the Knowledge Base
• technical classification of customer requests incl. Solution or optionally forwarding to the downstream region
