Your tasks:

• Target group: Your work focuses on chronically impaired dependency-infected people
• Daily support: You accompany and support in medical care, self-care, everyday challenges, mobility, legal concerns, work and leisure
• Cross-sectional tasks: You take control of medications as well as care and management of files

What you should bring:

• Qualification: Completed training as a nurse, health care and nursing person (m/w/d)
• Experience: knowledge in support of dependency-disordered people
• Flexibility: willingness to work in shiftwork
• Mobility: Class B driving licence
