Operations Manager in Electrical Engineering (m/f/d)

The range of services ranges from classic customer service to demanding project shops to large-scale projects in residential and commercial construction. You assume the overall operational responsibility for customer service, project business and large-scale construction sites. In this function you act as a concession holder and bear the responsibility for operational training. You carry around 45 employees professionally and provide clear structures and reliable procedures. Your project managers support and support you over all phases of the project – from costing to execution and auditing. You work closely with the management, your focus is on the construction site control and the cost-effectiveness of the work done. In addition, you are actively involved in the further development of processes and business areas.

You have a completed electrotechnical qualification as master, state-tested technician or engineer (m/w/d). Multiannual experience in conducting and controlling electrotechnical projects over all phases of the project. You have well-founded costing experience, ideally in the residential, commercial or refurbishment environment. You also have a solid economic understanding and are routined in construction site and project controlling. You are sure to use industry-specific accounting and costing software (Taifun). CAD identifiers are advantageous. Personally, you are convinced by leadership, clear communication and a structured and reliable way of working.
