You are the first partner for our colleagues in the branches and executives from the sales region of Germany. Senior Team Lead Payroll & HR Services (gn*)

You are responsible for billing and contracting for colleagues from the branches of the sales region Germany You take on the professional and personal development of your team (8 people) You will ensure the organisation and execution of all administrative activities (contracting and billing) and prepare them for the future In addition to the management tasks, the activity also includes administrative tasks such as the creation of work contracts, processing of the time economy, payment accounting and certification You are the first contact person for your team, colleagues You create statistics and ad hoc evaluations You work in projects and take responsibility for your own tasks in the project work

You have professional experience in a comparable position in the HR environment We are looking forward to bringing you experience in the leadership of teams and wanting to develop you together with your team You bring analytical skills for evaluations and statistics You have experiences in pay billing, ideally in the accounting system SAP HCM You have a good know-how in the field of labour law and contract creation
