Corporate Account Manager / Industrial Account Manager (m/f/d)

Full consultation and support of existing customers (with a clear focus on commercial and industrial customers) including adaptation of existing contracts to new requirements. Recording, testing and settlement of damages, including negotiations with insurers. Implementation of regular annual reports for the continuous optimization of insurance cover. Support for new customers and support for savings banks partners in addressing potential corporate customers. Close cooperation with internal experts (e.g. for bAV) and a strong assistant team to relieve administrative tasks.

Completed commercial or business studies or comparable training (such as insurance businessman m/w/d). At least 3 years of relevant professional experience with well-founded knowledge in industrial and commercial customer business. Basic knowledge in insurance, strong interest in figures, legal issues and complex insurance products. Joy in communication with customers as well as pronounced negotiation skills and enforcement ability towards insurers. Self-employed, structured working and residence in the regional catchment area.
