As a power plant engineer (m/w/d), you have the overall responsibility for the safe, efficient and legally compliant operation of the boiler house including power plant (steam and condensate network), water treatment, power generation (steam turbine & BHKW), cooling water supply as well as compressed air and compressor plants at the site. Your duties Total responsibility for operation, safety, environment and availability of boiler house and energy plants Development and professional management of plant drivers in the boiler house Monitoring and optimization of plant availability (OEE), energy efficiency, production costs and relevant KPIs Planning and monitoring of maintenance, standstills and projects Disruption management and coordination of maintenance and foreign companies Ensuring correct data collection (energy, emissions, consumption values) Support for energy and environmental management and audit processes

Your qualifications Qualification: Complete engineering studies (e.g. mechanical engineering, power plant engineering) OR technician (m/w/d) with relevant experience Professional experience: Multiannual practice in the operation of energy or power plants Leadership: Detectional experience in the management teams Certification: Boiler/Kesselhausqualification Languages: Very good German knowledge (C1), English (B2) IT-Skills: Secure handling of MS Office and technical IT systems Your skills Mindset: High awareness of security and responsibility Expertise: Embossed technical and analytical skills Leadership: Leadership and team orientation Working method: Structured, independent working method Focus: decision strength and problem solving capability
