Head of Technical Property Management (m/f/d)

Strategy & development: You develop and implement the technical property management sector strategy in line with the requirements of asset management, fund management and investors You introduce uniform standards, processes, KPIs and reporting structures and continuously develop them You drive digital control and management processes, for example through CAFM systems, BI tools and automated workflows You are responsible for economic, sustainable and quality-secured technical management of the supervised real estate portfolios Guided tour & organisation: You continue to expand the Technical Property Management department and develop roles, responsibilities and interfaces You are currently conducting two team managements and a total of around 16 employees at the Hamburg, Berlin, Frankfurt and Nuremberg locations. You can and develop the team leaderships in their leadership, control and decision tasks You create a professional interface management for owners, asset management, commercial property management, tenants and other internal and external stakeholders Operational Responsibility & Governance: You control and monitor technical management, maintenance and investment measures under cost, quality and sustainability You are responsible for the strategic selection, control and further development of external service providers including framework contract, quality and performance management You ensure operator responsibility and compliance with legal, technical and safety-relevant requirements You build a suitable control, documentation and compliance setup and develop it further

Qualification: You have a completed technical study, such as civil engineering, utility/building technology or facility management, or a comparable technical qualification – ideally with an immovable relationship You bring multi-year relevant professional experience in technical property management, facility management or technical object care, of which ideally over three years in a leading and/or strategic function You have extensive technical expertise in the operation of commercial real estate, e.g. office, logistics or trade, as well as relevant technical regulations and legal requirements Experience & competencies: You have proven experience in building or transforming structures and processes, ideally in a growing or service-oriented environment You think strategic and entrepreneurial and combine this with pragmatic implementation strength You have a very good understanding of economic relationships, budgetary responsibility, life cycle costs and investment decisions You are sure to deal with common software; Experience with CAFM systems, BI tools and digital processes is beneficial Personal strengths: You are convinced by high leadership, communication and interface competence as well as by a sovereign occurrence towards internal and external stakeholders You work organized, responsive, independent and responsible You have the pleasure of actively shaping a growing environment and driving changes sustainably You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing You bring the willingness to regular missions
