You process requests from other branches. You process customer complaints. You keep running times and check them proactively. You clarify differences in the course of the broadcast. You're testing special drives. You control national and international broadcasts. You evaluate customer requests.

You preferably have completed vocational training as a merchant (m/w/d) for forwarding and logistics services. Optionally you will bring a comparable commercial training degree. You can demonstrate good MS Office knowledge. You are characterized by very good knowledge of German in word and writing. You have good knowledge of English in word and writing. You are a team player and enjoy internal and external communication.
