Depending on the focus and qualification, you will perform tasks in thermal building physics and/or construction and space acoustics. Thermal building physics Heat protection calculations, energy balances and proofs according to GEG, DIN 4108 and DIN EN ISO (energy statements, heat bridges, dew water, summer heat protection incl. simulation). Support of KfW funding applications (BEG) as an expert and of QNG/DGNB/BNB certifications and sustainability assessments. Energy concepts, feasibility studies and life cycle analyses (LCA/GWP) for new construction and renovation projects. Construction and space acoustics Construction acoustic proofs according to DIN 4109 (air, pedal and outdoor noise protection) as well as room acoustic concepts according to DIN 18041 for teaching, sports and administration buildings. Sound emission forecasts and evaluation of external noise (TA noise, 16th BImSchV) as well as advice on sound protection and vibration issues. Coordination of acoustic detailed planning with architects, TGA planners and executive companies.
