Coordination of project management in configuration management with development, design, production, quality, disposition and purchasing. Preparing, performing and reproducing configuration management activities in design review meetings. Planning and execution of internal and external configuration audits to ensure quality and process requirements. Participation in offerings by drawing up technical specifications. Creation, maintenance and monitoring of documentation, reports, schedules and activity lists. Support and advice of customers and suppliers to ensure a structured exchange of information.
Successfully completed technical studies or comparable qualification. Knowledge in configuration management as well as experience in controlling and developing configuration and obsolescence management processes. Experience in handling SAP of advantage. Safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Self-contained, structured and careful operation with high solution orientation. Representative team and communication skills as well as interdisciplinary networking competence. Safe occurrence in exchange with internal and external contacts. Current knowledge of German and English.
