You develop innovative visual concepts, camera approaches and lighting for different live formats and actively promote creative innovations You build differentiated visual languages for different brands, shows and moderators, making clear visual identities and recognizability of formats You carry the team professionally and continuously develop Camera Operator, Visual Operator and all employees with visual activities You control camera, light and image technology and ensure a balanced relationship between creative vision and operational feasibility You work closely with Producing, Live Broadcast, Planning and other trades and optimize visual implementation through professional interface management
You have a completed training as a media designer (m/w/d) image and sound, a study in media technology or comparable qualification with very good knowledge in broadcast engineering You have deep experience in camera work, image design and lighting in the broadcast environment as well as several years of leadership experience in creative and technical teams You have a sound understanding of studio technology, signal paths and production systems as well as a safe handling of broadcast equipment and vision mixers You bring proven experience in the development of visual concepts and brand images and you have an embossed visual feel for image, light, color and atmosphere. You are inspired and developing contributors qualitatively, communicate expectations and quality standards clearly and show decision-making strength and enforceability You bring multi-year experience in the studio or broadcast environment, ideally as DoP, visual mixer (m/w/d) or in comparable visual line function in live mode
