How to get involved

• Together with your colleagues, they help adult people with disabilities to expand their competences in the fields of communication, social interaction, work and life-structural skills.
• You are a reliable contact person for our seniors.
• They design offers based on the interests of our participants.
• Together with your colleagues, you create individual participation planning, according to the technical concept of the RDB and carry out the documentation.

This will bring you

• A completed training as a curative caregiverin, elderly caregiverin, ergotherapeut*in or equivalent qualification
• A positive basic attitude, empathy, team capacity and reflectivity
• esteem for other people and the willingness to deal constructively and acceptably with individual behaviour
• Interest in developing professionally and personally
• Loyality towards church and deacons
