For the “Receivers and Exciters Engineering” area, we are looking for the next time at the Ulm site Subsystem Engineering Architect & Manager (w/m/d) The ''Receivers & Exciters' section develops innovative solutions and implements outstanding products in the field of signal generation and signal reception for state-of-the-art RADAR and EW systems. The area of responsibility includes the design, the design, implementation and verification of high-frequency subsystems in time, costs and quality. Technical management, coordination of activities in the development team, management/ implementation of subsystem integration and verification in the field of next-generation ground-based radars Design, development and verification of HF subsystems taking into account internal development processes including technical documentation Simulation and analysis of subsystems and their interaction in the system, developing innovative subsystem concepts Creating requirements documents in the area of requirements management, deriving requirements for subassemblies Coordination Subcontractor management, responsibility for delivery specifications and technical monitoring Creating technical offers, cost estimates and schedules

Complete studies in electrical and information technology or comparable At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in the development of high-frequency modules and systems from planning to successful implementation Proven competence in the technical direction of development teams with direct responsibility for the results of development Reliable experience in electronic circuit development as well as experience in the handling of system modeling program (Matlab/Simulink, Genesys) are of advantage. Knowledge of requirements management and related software (e.g. DOORS). Experience with basic methods in the field of high-frequency measurement technology, preferably with knowledge of measurement automation Curiosity for new activities, focusing on efficient technical solutions and targets Flowing German and English skills
