Contract management: You create and manage commodity and service contracts and keep time limits, conditions and contract status at any time in mind. Audit & Accounting: You check incoming raw material bills for quantity and contract compliance, release them objectively and ensure correct accounting in the ERP system Raw material and supplier data: You maintain and analyze supplier, raw material and inventory data in the ERP system and monitor consumption – so create transparency along the entire value chain of biogas production. Ensure quality and economic objectives: You monitor quantity, price and quality requirements for raw materials and services, coordinate inventory reports and thus contribute directly to the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of energy production. Interface and stakeholder communication: You work closely with internal areas such as controlling, accounting and energy production and communicate professionally with external partners.

Professional training & relevant professional experience: You have completed commercial training and first professional experience in the commercial sector – ideally in the manufacturing environment or the energy industry. ERP and IT expertise: You work safely with MS Office, especially Excel, and have practical experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Business Central. Expertise in Processes & Contracts: You bring well-founded knowledge in auditing, contract management and ideally in accounting processes (HGB). Industry understanding: Ideally, you have a basic understanding of agriculture or biogas production as well as regulatory frameworks (e.g. EEG, BLE specifications). Structured and precise operation: You work carefully, analytically and independently and keep an overview of complex data and processes. Communication strength & team orientation: You perform bindingly and professionally, communicate safely with internal and external stakeholders and appreciate cooperation in interdisciplinary teams. This position fits you particularly well if you have already gained experience in the commercial environment, in particular in purchasing, accounting or the energy industry, e.g. as specialist purchasing (all), commercial employee accounting (all), specialist accounting (all), employee raw material management (all), commercial employee controlling (all).
