You are responsible for the strategic expansion and further development of our export in the Oceania & Indian Ocean trade region – in close coordination with our headquarters. You develop appropriate trade strategies, implement them operatively and continuously opt for them with a view to commercial goals and KPIs. As a central interface between headquarters, sales and external partners, you are looking for smooth processes and effective cooperation. You work with you in an operational and commercial manner, develop proactive solutions and always keep the whole thing in mind. You guide your team together with management, accompany it in professional and personal development and promote sustainable feedback and learning culture. You continuously analyze market and business potentials, create relevant statistics and develop concrete measures to achieve targets. You build sustainable networks with clients, customers and partners, maintain long-term relationships and represent our company professionally to the outside. With your strong customer focus and business understanding, you successfully implement financial and commercial goals.

You are a shipping businessman (m/w/d), a merchant for forwarding and logistics services (m/w/d) or have completed another commercial training or study, ideally with a logistics focus, and brings well-founded professional experience in the logistic field. Multiannual practice in organizational, personnel or business development distinguishes your profile. You have a good understanding of commercial, financial and human processes. You take leadership with clarity and empathy, understand how to motivate your team and accompany you in change processes. You work analytically and solution-oriented, keep an overview even in complex situations. With convincing communication at all levels, you build stable relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You think entrepreneurial, trade customer-oriented and consistently implement goals in sustainable results. You are happy to grow together with others and strengthen a partnership-based corporate culture. You also have very good German and English skills.
