As a leading qualified person, you take a real key role with us. You carry out our professional team of qualified persons, together with the management, shape the further development of our pharmaceutical quality system according to GMP requirements and ensure that the highest quality standards are lived every day. Your responsibility goes far beyond batch certification. You are a professional leadership, Sparring partners, quality managers and impulse providers at the same time – with the aim of continuously developing our patient-specific drug production and ensuring the safe supply of our patients sustainably. You guide our team of Qualified Persons professionally and continuously develop it Together with the management, you will shape the strategic development of our pharmaceutical quality system (PQS) You are responsible for the process of batch certification and product release in accordance with Annex 16 of the EU-GMP guidelines and also release batches You ensure that our aseptically manufactured medicines are manufactured, tested and released in compliance with all regulatory requirements You work confidently and at eye level with management, management and sales management You conduct cross-departmental projects and work closely with different disciplines (including manufacturing, quality control, quality assurance) You actively participate in the design of higher-level contracts with our customers (pharmacies) and service providers We occasionally produce study patterns for large pharmaceutical companies – you are in the coordination of these cooperations in the first row with You promote an open quality culture and support professional issues and sound decisions

You have a successfully completed study of pharmacy or a comparable scientific discipline and have the necessary expertise as a specialist according to § 15 AMG You bring multi-year professional experience as a qualified person in a GMP-regulated environment – ideally in aseptic drug production (e.g. cytostatics, biologics, ophthalmics, analgesics in the form of patient-specific, sterile preparations) You have already gained leadership experience You have a well-founded knowledge of the GMP regulations as well as German medicine law and have experience in quality management as well as in the monitoring of government inspections and audits You work structured, analytical and solution-oriented. Even in challenging situations, you meet sound decisions and take responsibility You are happy to lead people, develop them and achieve success together. With your communication strength, your sovereign appearance and your ability to bring together different interests, you create trust and promote successful cooperation Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English complete your profile
