Production Controller (m/f/d)

We are part of a medium-sized company group in the field of energy technology with global sales markets and about 500 employees. Our high-quality product portfolio is exclusively developed, produced, distributed and maintained by ourselves. This is done at our locations in Moosburg and Eisleben as well as in the Czech Republic. DRIESCHER products play an important role in the energy transition to drive the energy distribution in low and medium-voltage networks and equip the power grids for the future. Implementation of production cost calculations Design and introduction of production control Making cost and performance transparency within the production companies as well as analysis of target-actual deviations incl. Introduction of appropriate measures in case of plan deviations Responsibility for inventory control including Participation in the inventory Support in the creation of budget and medium-term planning Create monthly reports and forecasts Support for monthly and annual accounts according to HGB with Schwerpunk income statement and stock assessment Implementation of economic bills in future investment projects Close coordination with financial accounting Optimization of processes and interfaces within the Driescher Group

Graduate in economic engineering or business management with a focus on finance and controlling and related disciplines Multiannual experience in controlling a production company Applicable ERP user knowledge (ideally proAlpha) Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint Ability to interdisciplinary work and team work Joy in helping to improve controlling and financial processes Careful, structured and responsible functioning High analytical skills and pronounced affinity in handling data Embossed communication skills, a binding occurrence and a timely and independent operation
