At the next time we are looking for a team leader Customer Center / Order Processing (m/w/d) for our location in Mammelzen.

You take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of an eleven-member team in our customer center, including the sales service and the headquarters. They support the sales manager in implementing the sales strategy and are responsible for the further development of the sales service processes and the organisation of the process. The optimal support of our international key accounts is the focus of your main tasks. If necessary, the team will support you in the handling of customer orders. Communication and close cooperation with colleagues from sales, marketing, development and logistics are another key part of your activity.

You have successfully completed a commercial training or an economic study. They have at least three years of professional experience in a similar position and ideally have good knowledge in the field of export, customs and external trade. You have a good technical understanding and have an interest in technically demanding products. A high service and customer orientation, coupled with entrepreneurial thinking and acting, is in your DNA. They bring very good MS Office knowledge and good knowledge of a merchandise management system, preferably MS Dynamics 365 FO and CE. You can play your communication and sales strength with very good German and English skills in word and writing.
