Päd. Specialist, Nursing, GPA, KPH (m/w/d) for our Springerpool in integration aid in night readiness

For our Springerpool in the NordWest area, we are looking for a responsible personality that accompanies our clients through evening, night and morning hours. In the night's willingness to stay, you are the important constant that ensures safety and is also available as a professional contact person in the quiet hours of the day. And in the morning, you'll get a ringing start of our client.

Your tasks with us:

• Evening design: They support the client *in everything in the evening is related to activities and accompany them safely into the night rest.
• Presence & Security: During the night's readiness, you are on site and act as a trusting contact person in questions or support needs.
• Crisis intervention: If there are nightly crises or medical emergencies, act and initiate the necessary steps.
• Morning routine: You accompany the clients during the start of the day, including basic care, if necessary prepare the breakfast and ensure a structured transfer to the early service.

• Qualification: You are a state-recognized educator in, curative nurse in or nursing (with two or three years of training) or have a comparable training, with professional experience in integration aid (SGB IX).
