In our educational centre, you as a trainee take a central role in supporting young people and young adults on their way through training. Our AsA flex measure aims to strengthen young people throughout their training period, to assist them in school, personal and operational challenges and to successfully conduct them through the examinations.

The body is limited to one year. In the case of good work, however, there is a clear interest in long-term cooperation with the prospect of an indefinite working relationship.

Developing and implementing individual support plans for trainees Accompanying trainees throughout the training period and individual advice Documentation and evaluation of learning progresses and successes of participants Networking with companies, vocational schools and institutions Organisation, administrative tasks and reporting Group and leisure activities for participants

Complete training or studies in the field of pedagogy, social work, specialist or comparable qualification with training examination Knowledge of requirements in occupations and training and labour market Organisational skills and ability to work independently Flexibility and loadability in a dynamic working environment Communication skills, social competence, organisational competence as well as strong customer-oriented behaviour towards participants and businesses, the Agency for Work and the Job Centre
