Together with you, we develop the mixed-use quarters of the future and transform shopping centers into urban marketplaces. As a project manager (m/w/d) at the ECE, a versatile and varied project pipeline awaits you in our Europe-wide shopping center portfolio. The range ranges from technical modernization, restructuring in stock, re-use to office or living, to hotel upgrades. Technically and economically, you are responsible for the planning and implementation of existing projects and are the central contact person for all technical topics in the project. Project schedules, planning and building budgets, and follow the construction and planner contracts. Competent you represent the interests of the client and the ECE to authorities, construction companies and planning offices. A highly professional team of concept architects, project managers, design managers, home technology engineers and merchants awaits you.
The foundation is a study of architecture, civil engineering or economic engineering or equivalent training. You have several years of well-founded professional experience in the real estate industry, and in the planning and management of sophisticated construction projects you were responsible for the successful planning and realization over all phases. You are open to new things, you communicate targeted, you are assertive, and you like to take responsibility.
