You are responsible for the control, coordination and implementation of hybrid energy systems over the entire life cycle and ensure that the projects are implemented in time, within the framework of the budget and in high quality. You are responsible for all essential development steps starting with the idea of securing the areas and access to the network to the building permit The implementation of cost-effectiveness considerations and documentation and evaluations of the projects as well as the participation in due diligence processes with banks and investors are familiar to you Building site visits to assess the feasibility of projects and monitoring the progress of construction and the work carried out in terms of quality and the contractual requirements are routine for you, if necessary Deviations in the design Representation to internal and external stakeholders including the customer, ICP's, DNO's, entrepreneurs, landowners, OEM's, consultants etc. is important to you Ensuring and complying with the highest HSQE standards are familiar to you and you are responsible for compliance with all legal provisions Creating progress reports and taking responsibility for reporting as well as identifying and qualitatively escalating risks for the budget are your responsibility

You have a successfully completed technical study and/or completed technical training with corresponding further qualification in the field of engineering, e.g. electrical and civil engineering or industrial engineering, with at least 5 years of experience You have several years of professional experience in planning and/or implementing renewable energy systems such as photovoltaic and battery storage systems You are team-ready, flexible and an organizational talent. You have a passion for sustainability and a high interest in renewable energies Very good knowledge in the application of project management methods and processes Good knowledge of finance and knowledge of contract management Your IT skills: Good knowledge in handling MS Office products, especially MS Project and Power Point Very good knowledge of English and German in word and writing are required Your skills: self-initiative, aiming, result and quality orientation, good presentation and persuasiveness as well as independent and interdisciplinary working methods and the ability to advance change processes Ready to travel up to 25 %
