Münster. At the principal level, you work with 11 colleagues across the site and with a variety of interfaces and discuss the SGS lead (Servicefeld/Business Field/Stabslead).

Tasks with perspectives With your team of twenty people, you develop and manage the structure and management of Atruvia's organizational portfolio, as a ''transformative clamp'' you bundle all relevant changes and implement transformation initiatives and successfully. You and your team evaluate the impact of trends and strategic impulses on Atruvia's organization or Agile Operating Model, in all relevant facets such as e.g. construction and execution organisation, role model and input for strategic personnel planning. Organisational change needs combine transformation initiatives and bring their implementation to the decision from a business perspective in a variety of bodies, making you value for effective stakeholder integration and communication. Transformation as a Service: You are planning and coordinating the end-2end implementation along a coherent transformation strategy and with the help of cross-functional teams, including continuous success measurement of the transformation initiative. Their project management services are available for the implementation of transformation initiatives or Atruvia projects. Your experience in agile portfolio management allows you to name the necessary skills and resources efficiently. You and your team attach particular importance to the continuous development and implementation of transformation communication. Your goal is to inspire and motivate within and outside Atruvia, executives and employees for the upcoming changes. To derive your skills, implications of new trends, strategies and surveys (e.g. organizational maturity measurements) in a structured manner, to evaluate their impact on building and execution organisations, role models, etc. in depth and to formulate change needs concisely, inspire third parties. In addition, your experience in budget planning and control as well as a high IT affinity. You have knowledge of German (at least C1 level) and good English (B2 level).
