Service Technician (m/f/d)

For our MASTERSERVICE we are looking for a dedicated personality, which with craftsmanship, technical understanding and high quality standards awaits and repairs the power tools of our customers. With your work, you contribute to minimising downtime and providing your equipment quickly and reliably to our customers. You take over the maintenance, repair and testing of power tools and ensure compliance with our quality and safety standards. For error analysis, perform various product tests and functional checks, document the results carefully and thus create a resilient basis for further processing. The handling of repair orders in SAP is also part of your task - from the collection, status management and technical feedback. You take care of the calibration and testing of lasers and thus contribute to the accuracy and reliability of our products. In addition, check PSA products (personal protective equipment against crash) for function, safety and conformity. In addition, you conduct DGUV V3 exams in accordance with the applicable requirements and document them properly. You work closely with colleagues from the technical environment and jointly ensure that the service orders are processed on time and quality.

You have completed electrotechnical training, for example as an electronic (m/w/d) or in a comparable technical profession. Job experience is welcome - Professional starters (m/w/d) with motivation and willingness to learn are also welcome. You have already gained first practical experience in the maintenance, repair or testing of technical equipment, ideally with Power Tools. You are characterized by reliability, commitment and team spirit and work structured and responsible. When dealing with the computer, you are safe; Basic knowledge of SAP is of advantage. You have fluent knowledge of German in word and writing.
